HOW WE WRITE RULES

How We Draft And Check Every Clause

The people who write these Terms & Conditions are the same people who run the platform day to day, which is why the wording names real rails such as JazzCash and Raast...

Drafted in-house

Our own operations, rules and support staff write each clause together, so the wording matches the systems you actually use rather than a template borrowed from elsewhere.

Checked against the build

Before a clause goes live we test it against the product: currency handling, verification steps and payout timing are all confirmed in the system first.

Edited in place

When a rule changes we edit this page rather than hiding a new document elsewhere, so the version you read stays the version that applies to your account.

Rail names spelled out

We name JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast directly, because timing and minimums differ by channel and vague wording helps nobody.

Regional limits stated

Where a rule cannot apply in your part of Pakistan, we say so inside the clause instead of leaving you to work it out from the general wording.

Support feedback loop

Our support desk logs every question about these terms, and recurring confusion becomes a cue for us to redraft that clause at the next revision.

How This Page Sits With Our Other Policies

These Terms & Conditions are the master document, and the pages beside them expand particular corners of it. Data handling sits on the privacy page, each Pakistani rail...

Privacy page
How we collect, hold and remove account data lives there, and it follows the same definitions used in these terms so the two never contradict each other.
Payments page
Each Pakistani rail gets its own explanation of timing, minimums and confirmations, while this terms page references those figures instead of repeating them.
Fairness page
That page covers how results are generated for slots and live tables, and the terms here govern what happens if you believe a round was settled incorrectly.
Account security page
Sign-in, device approval and password recovery are described there, and the same duties on keeping your credentials private appear inside this agreement.
Sport rules page
Market-specific rules for the sportsbook sit alongside these conditions, and where they are more specific they take priority for that particular market.
Promotions page
Any offer running this week carries its own conditions, and those conditions sit on top of the account rules set out on this page.
Complaints page
If a decision taken under these terms does not sit right with you, that page sets out the route for a formal complaint and the timeframes we work to.

Terms & Conditions Questions We Get Asked

Yes. Accepting these Terms & Conditions is part of opening an account, and we show the current version at registration so you can read it before you confirm.

Availability and payment wording shift by region. Where a clause cannot apply in your area it is marked inside the terms, and the remaining clauses continue to apply to your account as normal.

Each rail carries its own timing and confirmation wording, because Raast settles almost instantly while a JazzCash wallet request can take longer, and the terms hold you to the figures shown in your own account.

We can restrict or close an account where the terms are broken, where verification cannot be completed, or where a regulator requires it, and any remaining balance is returned through a Pakistani rail.

We revise them when a rule, a payment channel or a regional requirement changes. Material changes are flagged inside your account, and continuing to use the platform means you accept the new wording.

Raise it with support and we will check the internal record for that round or transaction. The terms set the process and the timeframes we follow while resolving the dispute.
